Washington State Chapter
Kathy Cook was a pedestrian, waiting to cross a Seattle, Washington street on June 19, 2007 when she was hit by an out of control vehicle that had run a red-light.
Lori Koidahl, Kathy’s mother joined the cause to increase penalties for red-light runners and to make others aware of the serious injuries and deaths caused by red-light runners. Lori works with other advocates in Washington State to promote traffic safety and has taken the leadership role for the Red Means Stop Traffic Safety Alliance – Washington chapter.

Southern Arizona Arizona Chapter
The Red Means Stop Traffic Safety Alliance, Southern Arizona Chapter is represented by Janet Brown a traffic school educator. This Chapter is also working closely with University Medical Center on its safety and injury prevention programs.

San Tan Valley, Arizona
Pamela and Ty Woods lead the San Tan Valley Chapter in Queen Creek, Arizona. They are the grandparents of Shaun Doss who suffered serious injuries when a red light runner hit the van he was traveling in with his family. Shaun is confined to a wheelchair.
